How our listings are built
Every space in the directory is assembled and checked from these inputs — not scraped and dumped.
- Operator websites. The primary source for each space — address, hours, amenities, membership tiers, and who runs it — taken from the operator's own site and linked directly from every listing.
- Public commercial-real-estate records. Square footage, building, and floor data drawn from public CRE listings and property records. When a figure isn't published, we leave it blank rather than estimate.
- Direct checks. Local, on-the-ground verification that a space is actually open, at the address shown, and operating under the brand listed — including catching rebrands (e.g. Link Coworking now operating as Common Desk North Austin).
- Industry data & news. The ranked sources below — directories, surveys, and trade press — used to cross-check facts and track openings, closings, and ownership changes.
